VACATION POLICY FOR SALARIED W2 EMPLOYEES

80 hours Vacation annually (vacation is accrued at 6.66 hours a month from start date) Employees may carry over 40 hours of unused vacation into the next work year if desired.

40 hours of Sick leave is provided as needed annually. Sick leave does not carry forward and is available each year.

Major Holidays (observed by the client work site) are paid to salaried W2 employees.

INSURANCE OFFERINGS AND POLICIES FOR SALARIED W2 EMPLOYEES

We offer Medical Insurance to all full time employees. RiVi pays ½ of the medical premium for employee. Employees my cover their dependents at their election and premiums are deducted from semi-monthly payroll.

We also offer Dental/Vision/Life insurance for employees. RiVi pays this premium for employee. Employees my cover their dependents at their election and premiums are deducted from semi-monthly payroll.

We offer short term and long term disability insurance for all full time employees. RiVi pays this premium for employee. Coverage is not available for dependents.

All new Employees must enroll or decline coverage within 30 days of employment.

RiVi shops the Insurance market yearly to insure the highest quality benefits are available to our employees with fair market rates.

401K PLAN

RiVi offers a 401K plan available to all full time employees. Employees may enroll as soon as they commence employment. There is no waiting period.

DIRECT DEPOSIT-PAYROLL SCHEDULE

Direct Deposit of payroll is available to all employees.

Payroll is semi-monthly on 15th and last day of the month.

Payroll of 15th covers 16th thru last day of the month for previous month.

End of month payroll covers 1st thru 15th of the current month.
